Refund Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Web Protect Pro from Lex & White Studios Pty Ltd.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
If Web Protect Pro has a major problem, or if we fail to meet a consumer guarantee that applies to your purchase, you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
Change of mind
Because Web Protect Pro is a digital software product, we do not usually provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases once a licence key has been issued or activated.
However, we will always consider refund requests fairly.
Technical problems
If you have trouble installing, activating, updating, or using Web Protect Pro, please contact us first so we can help.
We may ask for basic information such as your Windows version, app version, licence status, error message, and a screenshot of the issue.
Please do not send passwords, full payment card details, or private browsing information.
Licence or activation problems
If your licence key does not work, or if there is a payment or activation issue, contact support and we will investigate.
If we cannot resolve a valid licence or activation problem within a reasonable time, we may provide a replacement licence, correction, or refund depending on the circumstances.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact: support@lexandwhitestudios.com
Please include the email address used for purchase, the approximate purchase date, a short description of the issue, and any relevant order or receipt number.
Payment processor
Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider. Refunds, where approved, will usually be returned through the original payment method.
