What to include
To help us understand the issue, please include as much of the following as you can:
- your Windows version
- your Web Protect Pro version
- whether the app is installed, activated, or updating
- the exact error message, if one appears
- a screenshot of the issue, if safe to share
- the approximate date and email address used for purchase, if it is a licence or refund issue
What not to send
Please do not send passwords, full payment card details, private browsing history, private documents, or any sensitive information that is not needed for support.
Download and install notes
Web Protect Pro is currently distributed directly from Lex & White Studios rather than the Microsoft Store.
Windows may show a security notice during download or installation. Please check that the download comes from Lex & White Studios and our official GitHub release page before installing.
False positives and blocked items
Web Protect Pro is designed to reduce common web risks, but protection features may occasionally warn about or block something a user considers safe.
If you believe a website, download, popup, or action has been incorrectly blocked, contact support and include the website, file name, or action involved where safe to do so.
Refund requests
Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy and any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
