2. Using Web Protect Pro

Web Protect Pro is designed to improve browsing safety, reduce common web risks, and give users clearer control over browsing settings.

You are responsible for using the software lawfully and for keeping your device, accounts, passwords, and personal information secure.

3. Licence

When you purchase Web Protect Pro, you receive a licence to use the software according to the licence terms provided at the time of purchase.

A licence key may be required to activate paid features. You must not share, resell, publish, or misuse licence keys.

4. Updates

We may provide updates, improvements, fixes, or security changes for Web Protect Pro from time to time.

Some updates may be required for continued compatibility, security, or licence validation.

5. No guaranteed protection

Web Protect Pro is designed to help reduce common web risks, but no browser, security tool, DNS setting, block list, or software product can guarantee complete protection.

You should still use care when visiting websites, downloading files, entering passwords, making payments, or responding to messages and links.

6. Third-party websites and services

Web Protect Pro may help you access websites, search engines, DNS providers, payment services, downloads, or other third-party services.

We do not control third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, or terms.

7. Payments

Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider. Payment providers may apply their own terms, privacy policies, fraud checks, and processing rules.

8. Refunds

Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy and any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

We aim to provide reasonable support for installation, activation, update, licence, and technical issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lex & White Studios Pty Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of Web Protect Pro.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes rights that cannot be limited or excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
